It stays on the insolvency register for exactly 3 months after the date of discharge.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

you will normally be discharged from bankruptcy after 12 months (sometimes more or less depending on sircumstanes) but it will remain on your credit file for 6 years.

your bankruptcy is registered on the government insolvency website for 1 year until discharge but allow 2 to 3 months for them to get around to updating the record.
Your bankruptcy will remain on your credit file for 6 years.
