Posted - 04 December 2008 : 19:31:22 I was only asked for 12 months bank statements, didnt have credit card statements as shredded them when I entered into an IVA.

I was asked for 12 months statements for everything...so far not been asked for anymore so i hope thats all otherwise they will need to contact companies themselves.
Onwards and Upwards is the way im going :-0)

yes these will most likely be requested by the examiner, usually 12 months but can request further back depending on the history of your case.
If you do not have these to hand, and if they are requested, you can state that you do not have them and the examiner can request them directly from the lender(s) concerned.
