Posted - 04 December 2008 : 15:08:13 Hi and thanks for having a look Please if anyone could help with the creditors section of the SOA petition. It asks for the date that the debt was incurred or loan agreement acquired. Most of my creditors are credit cards and I had them many years ago and were not in debt at that time, I don't know the dates I first applied and received the cards. i took out a DMPlan in Dec 2005, do I put this as the date I incurred the debts?
any help most appreciated, not long to go and I just hope the printer doesn't run out of ink! |

Posted - 04 December 2008 : 19:11:50 Oh no, more questions........getting more hot and bothered by the minute!
Have filled in the SOA online, 2 things, firstly in the 'property I lease', I have inadvertently put in the same details twice, it now won't let me delete so it's repeated, will I be smacked and sent to bed for this? Also, looking at the completed pdf form, 8.1, it shows no details for amount owing and insurance held but there is no place to input these with the online format, should I manually pen these in after printing or are they not included for a purpose? 3 things actually! Will there be anyone at the court in the morning to go through and check my SOA before handing them in?
Hair disappearing........uh :( |

Posted - 04 December 2008 : 15:12:12 Hi Suzybabyuk & Welcome
If you cant remember the dates you could just put the DMP date.
The OR will find out the correct dates from the companies, you can also write a note in section 13 to say that this is what you did.
Good luck for tomorrow :-)
