The OR has asked a few more questions about my financies prior to going bankrupt such as using my cards three months before going bankrupt, although I only used them for essential items and business expenses, remembering that I was still paying the minimum payments on my cards at this time. I went bankrupt on 20th October 2008 but I stopped using my credit cards from August 2008.
I am not too worried about getting a BRO/BRU. The only thing that does conerns me a little is that the insolvensey website says that the BRO/BRU goes into the paper. Is this true because I don't recall seeing any, only the normal bankruptcy orders.

I have read the Reasons for BRO/BRU on the website. I must admit I would still feel hard done by if got a BRO/BRU, because I used 90% of my credit to pay off other credit and to use for essential items. Not to hide the money away or spend on myself and expensive holidays or gambling. Still no point in worrying, let's just wait and see.

it is available to view on the insolvency.gov.uk where you can look at the reasons for a BRO / BRU
I haven't seen them actually advertised in papers just on the website - quite difficult to find
