Posted - 06 December 2008 : 08:28:17 I am a discharged bankrupt - I recently got copies of my credit files from the 3 credit agencies and noticed that I have a CCJ after my bankrupcy date - but before discharge, for a debt that was included in the bankruptcy. I understand that this should not have happened. My OR isnt being particularly helpful. How do I get this removed.

I think you will have to write to the company and show them a copy of your BR and discharge and get them to update your file as like you have said they should not have done that.
It would have been different if it had been applied before BR but not after you have declared BR. They are naughty and thats not on.
What has your OR said about it?
