Posted - 07 December 2008 : 22:34:55 I am owed money,but i have been told that the person has filled for bankruptcy. How do i gain confirmation that he has done this? and how do i find out the bankruptcy trustee to notify them of the debt owed to me? thanks for your help

Posted - 07 December 2008 : 22:40:40 Check the public insolvency register http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/ when you see the person that owes you money, click on their name and details will follow. Official Reciever (trustee) is at the bottom. Good luck.
