Posted - 15 December 2008 : 15:05:27 Hey Pix
This is what i thought that NL might have had but until she gets home and has a wee look we can all but hope for her.
That would be great news though, an extra special chrissy present.

It sounds like you have received the IPOQ questionnaire form and that this came with a letter with 'EDREV' written in the top right corner. If this is true it means that the examiner thinks that your case is ready for possible early discharge. You say your disposable income is £87. Please ensure you have used up everything you are entitled to under allowable expenses (see Household Expenditure Spreadsheet
http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/DocumentLibrary/Policy/Excel/Household%20Expenditur.xls
at the Insolvency Service website for what you can and cannot put down. Your figure of £87 is probably too little for an IPA or IPO to be applied as it can only be set up for 50% of your disposable income. Nevertheless, the lower the figurte you can legitimately put down the better.
If your circumstances are the same you could be looking at an EArly Discharge within about 8 weeks. Subject to no upheld objections from your creditors.
in arriving at that figure |

Just make sure that you fill it in and send back asap.
Take care

Posted - 15 December 2008 : 11:02:34 The letter just says can you fill the attached form out and return it by 24th December. There is no mention of discharge or anything. I don't have it with me at the moment for the codes etc. thanks |

Posted - 15 December 2008 : 10:56:05 Hi Northern Lass
This letter its not informing you that you may be able to get an early discharge is it.
Can you tell me the letter id there is usually a code that the OR use when sedning letters out as these in turn can help to know what its for.
Could start with an E for expample.
