Posted - 16 December 2008 : 00:14:50 if you declare yourself bankrupt do you still have to make a minimum payment on the debt. in my case ten thousand pounds.

Posted - 16 December 2008 : 10:56:44 Hi there Puppet....Im not sure if the previous poster knows they are not allowed to advertise on the site, but once you are bankrupt you are not allowed to make any payments to your creditors, with the exception of secured lending and household bills.
