Posted - 16 December 2008 : 00:16:57 Hi i've just been discharge from bankcrupcy on the 17th of last month it took 3 years and im just wondring if i send my certificate of discharge to credit reference agency and ask them to amend my file ie to remove my bankcrupcy deatils well thet do it and well it help me to obtain credit as i want to rebuild my credit rating back up agagin. that is a good first step, although they won't remove the bankruptcy from the file but instead will note that you are now discharged.
