A relative has the money to pay off all my unsecured debts
I have been approached by the OR, given a form to complete and have not yet had the scheduled meeting with the OR
If my relative pays all debts on my behalf is this feasible?

I would suggest waiting until you have your meeting with the OR and discuss it then. If this relative can pay off all your debts, then you can get the bankruptcy annulled (ie. it will be like it never happened).
