Posted - 17 December 2008 : 17:54:52 The OR is now questioning by job as Assistant Parish Clerk for the Local Parish Council. They have suggested that I contact the Involvency Helpline (tried many times and no luck so far) to clarify as its to do with postion of public office. can anyone help? Things seem to be getting worse rather than better!!

I'm guessing but maybe the reason is the word "parish" in your job title. The examiner may have taken it as a church related position. In bankruptcy you are not permitted to be a church warden (I have no idea why) so I think that maybe the examiner is a little confused or is making an incorrect association of the 2 job titles.
