Posted - 18 December 2008 : 13:30:30 After a year of trying to sort things out, I have submitted to my fate and will be declaring myself BR in January. I have downloaded the forms and unsure on how to answer the question: "is anyone holding any cash for me" I have made arrangements for my wages to be paid into my boyfriends bank acc so when my own bank acc freexes I can still access some money. After being made BR I will then open my own bank account. How do I legally have to answer this question? Will anything happen to my b/f account if I say that he is holding money for me? Thanks

MrandMrs is correct. The question relates to capital rather than income to meet essential expenditure.
Posted - 18 December 2008 : 13:53:20 I think that this question is referring to lump sums of cash rather than salaries. I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along to correct me if I'm wrong.
