Posted - 19 December 2008 : 10:59:23 Hi, I made my self bankrupt in April and recieved early discahrge in October. I have now had a letter saying that the OR wants my endowment policy that is actually linked to my mortgage. Can they do this after I have been discharged?

If it was on the SoA then maybe they can. Im not 100% sure on that though.
Maybe one of the other experts can shed a bit more light or if not call the helpline, 0800 078 9367.
Had they written to you about it before your discharge date?
