Posted - 26 December 2008 : 11:55:22 hi i am making myself bankrupt this jan and was wondering if you could help with a few questions? i have just been told i am losing my job in feb and i'm finding it really difficult to come up with the money to pay to make myself bankrupt i wondered if there is any help out there? also i have just been thro a really bad break up with my partner and have just found out he had taken debit out in my name etc we had a house and mortgage together and i understand that we will still be assosiated with one another but he has a terriable credit rating and if i go thro with bankrupt will his name be cleared away from mine? thanks

Posted - 26 December 2008 : 13:22:30 If he has taken out credit in your name without your knowledge & say so that is fraud! I would contact the police asap personally.
