Hi there,

Has anybody got a blank copy of the statement of affairs you have to complete when petitioning for your own bankruptcy?

I have started to fill out the forms on the insolvency service website but the site is down (there server has probably crashed with all the people going on at the min)!!

I was just trying to work out our income and expenditure and need to know what they allow and dont allow.

Many thanks in advance!

Hi there all,

Jo kindly posted this info for me a while ago as I was wondering what the guidelines were. Whether either yourself Jo if your about, or anybody knows whether this expenditure spreadsheet is the most upto date. It says on the top 06/07 so it may just be the most upto date. (see posts below between myself and jo for the link).

Also I just wanted to say that we had our second daughter on Friday 6th Feb, she was born at 3.14am in the morning weighing 8lb 12ozs !!

So this has been a week I wont forget in a hurry, bankrupt on Monday, baby born on the Friday! Just glad it didnt happen all in the same day!!!

Many thanks

Hi Jennifer

Have a look at this

http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/freedomofinformation/technical/TechnicalManual/Ch25-36/Chapter31/part7/part2/part_2.htm

Open this then open household expenditure sheet and it will help you out a bit.
