Posted - 02 January 2009 : 18:20:39 I HAVE A QUESTION I NEED TO GO BANKRUPT URGENTLY WAS DISCHARGED FROM BANKRUPTCY 4 YEARS AGO NOW AND HAVE NO CHOICE AGAIN MY QUESTION IS MY WIFE NEEDS TO AS WELL BUT SHE ONLY HAS CHILD BENIFITS WHAT TOTAL £174 A MONTH INCOME ALL SHE HAS NO JOB AS ALL DEBTS PAYED OUT OF MY WAGES AND DMP ISN,T WORKING DOES SHE NEED TO PAY THE FULL BANKRUPTCY FEES OR NOT

Your wife could apply to get the fee reduced by the max £150 via the court, other than that she would have to pay like you have too.
The current fee is £495 each.
