Hi there
Hubby went BR in december, but have just received court summons from one of the creditors, how to we respond to this as they are in the BR. thanks |

Have a look at the insolvency site via this link and you can find the details of your name and office and then you can contact your insolvency service that way.
http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/
You will need to type in your name and search, the office dealing with your BR will be shown on there.

ok many thanks only we have had or phone interview but have yet to receive any paperwork contact details from her so wondering who to addres to

I would contact your OR as soon as possible as this would now be eaten up in the BR and i would not worry about it.
Send anything like that down to the OR when they come in.
