 hi, can council tax arrears be included in BR?

hi i am thinking of bankruptcy but not till feb/mar.problem is i also have council tax problems but my main one is inland revenue.they are now going for bailiffs to visit which happened before.my only way of paying at moment which i know is wrong is to get it off a card i have.how will this be seen thanks

only previous years council tax arrears can be included. ie presuming you are in arrears just for the current year then they cannot be included.

This is interesting because if you do have arrears from other years and you are currently paying something toward them I am not sure how this works... does the money extra you are paying go towards the current years arrears first or does it go to previous years. (or are there seperate account numbers so that the money goes specifically to the years you want to reduce the arrears on... if that makes sense!)
