Posted - 05 January 2009 : 20:56:20 Hi,
How do I find the court I would be required to file bankruptcy at? I think I know but need to double check.
Also would my student loans be included they are very old ones from 95-98 owned by Honours Student Loans and are collected by monthly D/D not my salary?
Final one - what is the current trend with regards BI? Is the OR tending to offer to a 3rd party straight away when in negative equity or holding out? Any experience from recent bakrupts gratefully received.

Here is a link to the addresses of all the courts in England and scotland.
We were asked about BI at the initial interview, a letter arrived a few weeks later about it.

safest way to ensure you have the right court is to call them up, ask for the Br clerk and give them your address to double check. Then you are 100% sure.
Don't believe the student loans will be included - believe it was up to 1994 that could be included.
