Posted - 07 January 2009 : 10:54:14 When putting down info on wages mine is fairly straight forward but my hubby's is a little harder. He can go months without overtime then all of a sudden it goes crazy and he can do loads of hours. He never knows when he is going to get it but his yearly income varies widely. How do I put this down on the statement of affairs. |

Posted - 07 January 2009 : 20:44:49 Need a friend (Jo) What would I do without you. Can you go and do it all for me. I just know next Thurs night I won't be able to sleep and I am dreading having to get myself ready the following morning as well as getting my son ready for school and my youngest just having a paddy as usual. My mum and dad are doing the school run and I am just worrying about everything else. As you might be able to see I do worry about worrying!!! Hurry up 16th Jan.
Thanks again - If I think of anything else to ask I am coming after you. Cheers!

Posted - 07 January 2009 : 19:29:11 Last question for the day I promise!
I know it is not really as important as some of the questions on here but having never been to court in my life and not knowing anyone who has gone Bankrupt could someone tell me what to wear. I assume a smart suit for hubby and something similar for myself. Does that sound ok?

They won't make us pay anything to the fund if we cannot afford it will they. I do not mind paying anything but just worry if we will be struggling

Posted - 07 January 2009 : 11:39:08 Hi
your husbands salary should be entered as an average of the 3 months salary received for the period immediately preceeding the declaration of bankruptcy.
You will be able to revise this as and when required throughout the period of bankruptcy.
