Posted - 07 January 2009 : 10:55:38 spoke with citizen advice before christmas looked like have to go bankrupt, since been made redundant as well.reading this site a few queries if any on can help have to move out the house but rental want six months up front redundancy and last wage would cover this and fees would court be ok with using this much money for this
