Posted - 07 January 2009 : 20:35:32 hi i am currently filling bankruptcy form in.all the debts are in my name and i pay all the bills mortgage,gas etc and that covers all my wages.i live with my partner and she pays for the shopping and all other expenses.what do i put on the form as regards this my partner only works part time and this is what we live on.

You only need to put what she contributes per month so if she gives you £100 then thats all you put. You dont need to put her whole wage down.
