Posted - 08 January 2009 : 20:23:26 hello there,
is getting the following simply up to date considered preferential treatment by the OR? Rent, council tax & utilities. I haven't prepaid for the months ahead, simply caught up on what I fell behind on by a month(or two).
regards, andy |

Posted - 08 January 2009 : 21:03:10 Hi Andy
I agree with trolly dolly these are essential payments and will not be classed as preferential at all by the OR.
Take care & Good luck

Posted - 08 January 2009 : 20:46:38 No, they are essentials and things that wont be included in the BR. I paid everything except things on credit, which I believe is expected.
