Posted - 09 January 2009 : 11:15:38 Completed SOA We think they are done now and we have had them copied. I cannot get my CA to look through as they are booked up. I have answered everything to best ability but if unsure of some figures put approx.
What I want to know is what does it take for them to class as mistakes and if there are any will I really have to make another appointment. I really do not think I can go on any longer and need to get it done and dusted next Fri. The stress is unbelieveable. Let me know if you can someone. Worried! |

Posted - 09 January 2009 : 13:10:06 Thank you ever so much. You have all been so helpful. Sorry to ask such silly questions but everything seems to be so much bigger when under stress. I will no doubt let you all know how it goes next Friday. Thanks

Posted - 09 January 2009 : 12:35:58 Thank you. I think everything is fine but you never know. Just another quick question. In the SOA Section 4 List of secured creditors - we were a little confused with what it is actually asking. We have put down we have a mortgage and a secured loan, the amount owing on each but did not understand how to show net amount owing. Although most of this page seemed a bit confusing. We have just put in the total that we are in negative equity. I do not think it asks this but do not know what else to put. Any ideas?

Posted - 09 January 2009 : 12:28:47 Hi Nomoneynic,
In my experience, the court clerks are generally very good about going through the paperwork and so is the OR. Just ensure you've completed everything to the best of your ability .... don't worry, you'll be fine!
