Hi there
hubby went BR Beginning December. Have tried to get EDF to come and reset meters ever since, but keep getting passed from pillar to post. "Sorry we cant do it You need to write to this address" sort of excuse, then when we do its sorry we cant do it without bankruptcy notice, despite the fact that they can see it on IS website. We also think our meters are faulty, we have put £60 in gas in last 9 days (I know its been cold but still seems alot) can we insist they carry out a full test on the meter at same time as every time we put credit on it takes £5.50 for debt despite the fact that we should only be paying £5 per month for debt. Anyone had dealings with EDF?

Hi L20

Sorry i have not had any dealings with EDF, you could go to OFGEM and place a complaint to them, i did for British Gas for my sister.

I take it they still have OFGEM they were on about at one time stopping all these companies.

Best of luck

Jo
