If it helps anyone.

I have often mentioned that there is a Household Expenditure Spreadsheet on the Insolvency Service website;

Also, the various notes you see on the Household Expenditure Spreadsheet, such as 'Tm 31.7.22' refer to the following page on the website, which is a bit more difficult to find;

Taken together, these two links are invaluable in assessing Income & Expenditure in bankruptcy, particularly as regards making sure you use up everything you can under allowable expenses and avoid claiming too much on disallowed expenses.
