hi all,
what qualifies an early discharge, ive seen quite a few on here say that they have / are gettig it, when that happens is that it.....life as before ??

There would be exceptional circumstances like Fraud that would make the Br last a bit longer and only then it would be because the OR is waiting to get a BRU/BRO in place.

That is very rare so i would not worry about that, you should under all normal circumstances be discharged after the 12 months are up.

You worrying now :-) try not too.

Hi Jo

There is no certain way of actually saying that an ED is qualified for certain reasons, they could be for all different reasons, like, file finished with all paperwork done, not to complicated case, at the end of the day its down to the OR/Trustee and what they decide.

Once discharged yes its back to normal life again.
