thanks paul from reviva for your quick response, i am more worried about the secured loan, as we were supposed to be back at court in january but they have adjourned it, i think because i made the payment for jan. I am not going to pay febs as im using that money towards my fees, can they take us back to court, because of missed payment and if so how long would i have, to leave the property, would my furniture etc be protected from bailiffs under the bankruptcy, and if they gave us a court date would we have to attend, if we had left the area, sorry if it all sounds confusing

Hi

if they have adjourned the hearing then that is fine.

Have they actually got a posession order or did they adjourn the hearing because you paid? This will tell me just how long you have

Additionally once you have left the house you don't need to attend and can voluntarilly surrender the property.

Still recommend you have a phone conversation with someone just to put your mind at ease
