Posted - 10 January 2009 : 22:15:57 Hi
couple of issues here
1. If you petition after April 2009 it will be 9 years after your last petition. They get extremely grumpy if it is 6 years or less
2. Are the reasons different? For example last time you were made redundant and had a relationship breakdown, while this situation is caused by illnes, credit crunch etc etc
if the 2 are not for the same reasons that will help.
Lastly they may decide to propose you have a Bankruptcy Restriction Undertaking, and while you are likely to be discharged in 12 months you would have some of the restrictions for 4 - 6 years
