Jo, We arecalling tomorrow about br, we know an iva wont work as we dont have money left over. I am feeling sick with worry about where we will live. Would we be entitled to council housing? I am married with 2 kids. xxxxxxx |

I dont know which Jo this was aimed at but i have found it so i thought i would answer.
I would call the local HA and ask to fill in application form, explain the situation with them and see what state of play would be for you.
They may be able to offer help once and eviciton notice is issued, but you would need to get your name down just in case.
