Posted - 12 January 2009 : 18:26:44 Hi Kingoli123 and welcome to the forum.
In order to answer your question, I need a little more detail: 1. What is the current value of the property? 2. How much in the way of mortgages/secured loans is secured on the property? 3. What is the precentage that you own and is there any proof (eg. Deed of Trust)?
