hi, will we be frowned upon or treated worse for not having disposable income, very little in the way of assets and not having anything more to go to the creditors.
can i also confirm that we can include old debts from 8-10yrs ago in BR, thanks v much |

Oooops yes include ALL DEBTS that have balances owing on your form too.
Dont forget ALL BANK ACCOUNTS AND CREDIT CARDS

You will NOT be frowned upon, i think there are alot of people in the same boat - i am one of them 
Im sure any debts pre br date must be included (apart from fraud .....oh and cant remember the others  )
