can i claim bankruptcy on parking tickets and fines owed to the state? |

Hi & Welcome
The short answer is NO if they are court fines, police fines and parking ticket fines, they will NOT get included in bankruptcy and you will still be liable.
Also when you say owed to the state what do you mean?
