Posted - 16 January 2009 : 08:11:38 hi can anyone tell me what paperwork i take with me to court in the way of bank statements and creditcard statements, is 12mths of both? cant find any info on what i am suppose to take with me other than SOA and BR form? Thanx x

For the court, you will only need your Debtors Petition and Statement of Affairs. If you were in an IVA which has failed, you will also need a letter confirming the IVA has failed from your IVA company.
Bank statements etc will be needed for the follow-up meeting with your OR.
