Please could you tell me, if you go bankrupt and your house is repossesed (as you cannot take on the mortgage in any way), do you STILL HAVE TO PAY the mortgage company?? I.e. is this a debt thats EXCLUDED, from the benefit of being wiped out by your bankrucy? THANKYOU!

If your house is reposessed, you no longer have to pay the mortgage on a monthly basis. If it is sold off and there is a shortfall, this should be written off in your BR.
