Posted - 20 January 2009 : 11:11:54 can debts arrising from fraud be included in bankrupsy . also I filled in two peoples names on a loan application ( not guarentees) people to contact incase of default . I sighned there names as well is this fraud . I want to go bankrupt I have no assets and am currently in thailand returning later this year . If I go bankrupt then move back out to thailand will my debts be voided in 3 years

Unless you have been convicted of the fraud, then it is likely these debts will be written off in BR.
