Posted - 20 January 2009 : 12:29:51 Hi all, I have still heard nothing from the OR office since the letter about my car. I am due back to work in two weeks from Maternity leave. In my interview they asked my take home pay and husbands as if I was working full time (which found strange as I was not bringing this home presently)
Anyway I have decided to return 4 days a week and this reduces my pay and my husbands is now less so have done new income and expenditure forms as taking into account increase in petrol for work and childcare my expenditure has gone up. Do I send this new spreadsheet off or wait to hear from them first?
Thanks

You have a legal duty to inform the OR of changes in your personal circumstances. As it is best to be seen to be cooperating fully, I would advise them of your new situation now rather than wait to hear from them.
