Posted - 20 January 2009 : 21:05:23 Two more questions I'm afraid! Firstly my OH lives approx 10 miles away but I am listed on his car insurance. Does this classify as use of another vehicle? Even as it is purely for emergency purposes and there is no way I could use the car on a regular basis. Secondly, On the BR forms it say about when I stopped work. Do they want the date I stopped working for maternity leave or the date I resigned at the end of it?

Posted - 20 January 2009 : 21:52:06 Hi
I would list your OH's car as one which you have the use of.
The OR can have no claim on the vehicle so it's safe. The only reason I say this is if it is found out later the examiner may wonder what other misinformation may be within your forms.
Posted - 20 January 2009 : 21:11:36 Hey Lean - me again im afraid
(maybe your like i used to be - taxi when other half wants a drink). However I put yes as i use hubbys car day in day out and im the main driver on the policy however its not been afected as its not my car.
You will need to put the date you left the company, as when your on maternity your still being paid from them.
