ive discovered a site that is offering to clear credit card debts for a fee of £295 do you think this can really be done or is it a scam

yes it can be done but I have no figures on success rate. The fee is likely to be per card and the credit agreement must have been taken out within a certain time span.

Not sure of any other details I'm afraid but I have heard of some success on this kind of thing.
Problem is how much it would cost to make the attempt to get all such cards sorted in this way.
And if you can still not afford to meet the payments of the debts where this tool is not successful then you may end up facing bankruptcy anyhow which means you've wasted your money.

That said, if it works and bankruptcy is avoided it's a huge result.

This certainly sounds like a scam to me. Can you give the name of the website ?
