i intend to go bankrupt very soon (lots of debts that can't be cleared) and my 20 year old daughter lives me. She wants to move out and get a mortgage with her boyfriend in the next six months. Will she be affected if i go bankrupt. thanks

No your daughter wont be affected - unless you have any joint debts ? In this scenario you cannot seperate from each other.

If you are concerned you could file a notice of disassosiation from her to each of the credit reference agencies, however it does not go on the address anymore, it goes on the individual applying.
