Posted - 21 January 2009 : 19:56:50 hi,ive been answering most of my creditors calls and told them i've been taking advice on a IVA or debt management, should i just tell them that i am going BR soon? im frightened incase they do something before i have the chance to go BR myself..eg court,bailiffs, knocking on my door etc.thanks v much
