Posted - 21 January 2009 : 20:51:56 I am bit worried as i took out a loan with blackhorse finance in december, the first payment does not come out untill april. I took it out thinking i'd mange but now my wife and i are seperating, and i plan to go BR about april!
Could the OR refuse to include this?

provided it is unsecured credit it must by law be included. The explanation and timing of the seperation is sufficient reason when you speak with the OR.
