Hi guys,
Finally got court date for Tuesday and almost there with the forms.

Firstly as it is my partner & myself going bankrupt, do i just duplicate what i put on the forms except for obviosly sole debt?
I mean do i put our joint income on both forms and the same outgoings as all our money just goes into one big pot.

Assets, 3.1
we have 2 cars & a non running motorbike, all only worth about £1500 put together, do i put all 3 vehicles in this part or just the one registered in my name?

got to get back to work now :( will post more questions at lunch break :)
Thanks in advance
Dawn

Hi Bothskint,

If the car is no longer in your posession as you have sold it (within the last 12 months), give as much detail as you can in 3.8 (sold vehicles do not to be detailed in 3.7).

In respect of a sold property, it is irrelevant who owns it now. You just need to put the details down for who you did sell it to so the OR can confirm the transaction with records at the District Land Registry.

also, what about the house we sold 4 & half years ago, it asks who we sold to and their address. what if they don't live there anymore?
bothskint Posted - 23 January 2009 : 15:42:33
hi again,
in part 3.7 about vehicles, how am i suppossed to know if the car is taxed if i have sold it? & will scotland be ok as a location or will they need the ladies full address?

yes, thanks again.
I know it all makes sense, I think I am just haing one of those stressed out, cant think clearly days. It's all coming round so quick, & I seem to have been filling out forms forever.
Thanks for just taking a little bit of pressure off :) x

Hi Bothskint,

Try to get as much information on the SOA as you can. I would suggest phoning the alliance & Leicester and they should be able to track your details down and provide the information required.

Put the address down for the most recent company chasing the debt.

Ensure you list your address history for the last 5 years.

Hope this helps!

Ok thanks Julian,
now for the next few :)

I used to have a personal pension that was paid out of my wages at my old workplace, but I cant find any correspondece anywhere. All I know is that it was with alliance & leicester & I only paid into it for about 18 months before I left the company. What should i put on the form?

Do I need to just put the address of all the collection agencies down instead of the bank or creditcard company?

And thirdly, in section 9, do i need to put my old address down that i moved from just under 5 years ago?

Sorry for all the questions, think I am almost there though :)

Hi Dawn,

Best practice would be to complete the SOA's individually. Obviously, sole and joint debts will need to be listed, but when you come to income and expenditure, complete the expenditure as if each of you pays everything and the spouse "contributes" the balance.

You only need to worry about vehicles registered to you.
