Posted - 22 January 2009 : 12:14:23 Hi i have £5000.00 left to pay on my barclay loan an £800.00 overdraft and 1700.00 cheques from payday loan to go to my bank account In total £7500.00 Do you think my bank would accept £100.00 per month as they would probably get nothing if i was declared bankrupt

It is difficult to say as it would be at their discretion. The only way to find out is to phone them and make the offer!
