Posted - 22 January 2009 : 12:15:06 Hi, I went bankrupt last june I was inteviewed by phone on the day by OR I have heard nothing since. My reason for Bankruptcy was heavy gambling.So I will get a BRO/BRU My income is less than our expenditure the diff is from my wifes pension. But I am becoming very afraid of the postman and phone calls it is making me sick. So my question is what contact will I get from the OR will I be called in for a interview.

In circumstances where debts were incurred due to gambling, a BRO/BRU is almost a certainty. If this is the case, the OR will call you back in for an interview prior to discharge.
