Posted - 22 January 2009 : 12:16:47 I am on chap. #13 for the past year. However, I have some restitution which i cant pay because the tustee is taking so much my money i don't any to pay. They wrote ask that i filled out all of the forms which i don't understand how to fill the out. I thought when you are under the Bankruptcy law, Chapter @13, your debters go through the trustee. loed know i dont have anymore money to pay, My question is: what should i do at this point.... thanking u in advance for you knowledge and understanding

If you are under Chapter 13, your bankruptcy is clearly under US, not UK law. You'll need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney in the US to get this resolved.
