How bad is a BRU/BRO?
I think I'll definatly get one because of my previous addiction and wasting money.
Just feel every step forward is bringing two back still!

Doesn't sound as bad as I imagined if I'm honest. And as for credit, I never want to go down that road again. The new word in my vocab is SAVE! lol

Hi Leah,

You are not allowed to hold public office, you cannot be a director of a limited company, you cannot get credit for more than £500 from ANYONE without diosclosing the fact you are under bankruptcy restrictions etc.

Thanks

Leah

Hi Leahk,

A BRO/BRU will just hold you under the restrictions of BR (but you will still get discharged automatically after 12 months) for anything up to 15 years, depending on the severity of your misdemeanours!
