Posted - 22 January 2009 : 14:57:25 Hi Leah,
You are not allowed to hold public office, you cannot be a director of a limited company, you cannot get credit for more than £500 from ANYONE without diosclosing the fact you are under bankruptcy restrictions etc.

Posted - 22 January 2009 : 13:15:01 Hi Leahk,
A BRO/BRU will just hold you under the restrictions of BR (but you will still get discharged automatically after 12 months) for anything up to 15 years, depending on the severity of your misdemeanours!
