after youve been declared bankrupt do you still have to show the courts or OR documents ie bank statements, wage slips etc and if so how long for? thanks tim.

Unless asked which is very rare no you dont have to show bankstatements post bankruptcy, you do have to pre pankruptcy though.

Usually they want 12 months prior to bankruptcy but dont worry if you dont have them the OR can get hold of these directly from the creditors.
