I currently have a mortgage house, however I have rented a house before I go BR.
On my out goings can I put my own house details down as I dont want my new rented house address printed anywhere? |

Posted - 06 February 2009 : 17:46:38 Make sure you put your new address as it's really not worth hiding it. You swear an oath at court to say that the information is correct, so it's not worth perjuring yourself for.
As Jurgenpie says it's a really tiny advert in the local paper and not easy to find unless you are looking for it.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Posted - 06 February 2009 : 17:32:49 I was in the same boat, insolvency register showed my current address and previous address was only a tiny statement in local paper nearly missed it! You have to declare it anyway not worth worrying about it.

Please make sure you put your rented house details down as this is your address.
If you try to hide where you are living from the OR you will be in big trouble straight away!
You will have to lump it that your whereabouts will be advertised in the London Gazette and the Insolvency Service website and, possibly, the local rag.
Also, put down the details fo the old house as this will need to be looked into by the OR. |
