Posted - 07 February 2009 : 10:50:43 I have got 11 days to go until my bankruptcy hearing and am really scared. I ran up a large amount of debt on credit cards and debt consolidation loans through sheer stupidity. when I realised I was in trouble I contacted the CCCS who advised me at the time to go bankrupt. I didn't want to do this and managed to arrange informal payment plans with all my creditors in 1996. Now my partner has left and I don't have any money to make these payments. I haven't taken any more credit since 1996 but I have read other bankruptcy sites and am now worried about what the OR will percieve as blameworthy. Can anyone help?
